Backed for ten years.
Ten-year structural warranty on cabinetry, two years on laminate finishes, and lifetime warranty on all Blum soft-close hardware. Because the cabinets we cut should outlive the trends in your kitchen.
What’s covered
- Cabinet carcass structural integrity 10 years against manufacturing defects. Split boards, failed edge bonding, structural failure under normal use.
- Laminate finish 2 years against delamination, peeling or chipping under normal use. Covers all Polytec, Laminex, Formica, Wilsonart and StyleLite decors we supply.
- Blum hardware Lifetime warranty from Blum directly on all drawer systems, hinges and lift-ups. We handle the claim for you.
- Cut accuracy Any piece more than ±0.1mm out of spec is replaced free of charge, priority remake, usually back inside 72 hours.
- Benchtops 2 years structural; heat and moisture resistance as per laminate brand spec.
What’s not covered
- × Damage caused by incorrect installation (unless you used our assembly service).
- × Damage caused by measurement errors in the customer-supplied cut list.
- × Normal wear & tear (scratches, dents, UV fading beyond published fade-resistance specs).
- × Damage from exposure outside published operating conditions (e.g. indoor-rated board used outdoors).
- × Water damage from leaks, flooding, or plumbing failure.
- × Modifications made by anyone other than Create Cuts or a qualified cabinetmaker.
How to make a claim
Photograph the issue. Email [email protected] with your order number and the photos. We respond inside one business day. Warranty replacements jump the workshop queue. Typical turnaround 48–72 hours.
