Builders and trades who want to assemble or finish their flatpack on-site can hire bench space and basic tools at the Meadowbrook workshop. By appointment only. Liability waiver applies.

Half-day or full-day slot
Mon–Thu 7am to 4:30pm. Friday 9am to 4pm. Half-day = 4 hours, full-day = 8 hours.

Workbench, power, basic clamps
Bring your own tools for anything beyond assembly. We do not lend power tools.

A team member nearby
Not a tutor. We are working too. But if you get stuck on hardware install or door alignment, ask.

Loading bay access
Drive in, load out. Trolleys provided. Park your ute on the apron, not on the road.
- Closed-toe boots and high-vis are required on the workshop floor.
- You are working at your own risk. The liability waiver is part of checkout.
- This is not a public makerspace. Bookings are for active Create Cuts customers only.
- No solo work for first-timers. The first slot is supervised.

Not sure factory time is right for you?
Most jobs go faster on-site than in our workshop. If you have power, a bench and a level floor at home, assemble there. Factory time exists for jobs where your site is not ready, or where you need a second set of eyes on a tricky install.
